Compressor Installation, Servicing & Repairs
We service all types of compressors varying from the small dental compressors up to the 340hp industrial screw compressors. The servicing of any compressor depends on how many hours the compressor runs for and the environment that the compressor is in.
For instance, if the compressor runs for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we recommend 4 services a year, as a service should be carried out every 2,000 hours. We follow all the guidelines provided by the manufacturer of each compressor we service and repair. All our engineers are highly trained to deal with any question you may have about your compressor.
There Are A Few Different Types Of Services Which Are:
- 500-hour service – Oil change and oil filter change
- Intermediate service- Air/oil filter change and oil change
- Full service - Separator change, air/oil filter change and oil change.
We keep up to date and follow all legislations to suit our customer’s specifications and requirements.
We also carry out free quotations and free help to work out any possible service plan requirements.
Breathing Air Test:
It is a legal requirement to ensure that the quality of breathable air being supplied to an operator is at a suitable standard and here at Compressors Ltd, we can carry out that service for £68.50+VAT.
Written Scheme Of Examination:
Keeping to statutory obligations is essential and protecting staff, plant and assets is just as important for ALL businesses. Always put health and safety first, with an up-to-date written scheme of examination, starting from £196.00+VAT.
Call Out Charges:
Our fully trained engineers are available for 24/7 call out, so if you have an issue with your compressor and it is urgent, you know where we are. Minimum call out charge is £75.00+VAT.
Compressor Installation:
Our engineers are trained and experienced in all forms of installation jobs that relate to compressed air. We have and can install all types of compressors, dryers, air receivers and airline to suit your needs, varying from galvanised steel airline to aluminium Air net airline and to all forms of steel airline including stainless steel, shed 40 and much more.
We offer a free quotation in regards to the installation to any compressed air setup or any airline installation that is required.
